What’s Here

The research of government in this section references miscellaneous corruption, actions, policies, law enactment and other information pertaining to how government operates overtly and covertly. Ideology is the mindset and guiding philosophy by those who make key decisions. Agendas and actions are set forth quite often to achieve ideological objectives. War and conflict are the physical and ideological forces used to destabilize, conquer or for enforcement purposes. Governments also control citizen liberties --  the extent of rights granted towards individual freedom and self-determination without government interference.

What’s the Interest

Understanding the way government conducts it’s business is necessary. Too many government officials are not watching the farm, are being managed by other powerful officials, and do little to represent the interests of the citizens. Many are either unaware of, or fear tackling the most sensitive but key problems of today. Corruption remains high whether in local, state or national offices.

Overall, the history of the world is replete with government sponsored military actions executed to achieve political, ideological and societal objectives. Through security fears, it is used to manipulate societies into accepting military buildups and the cost for them. Raising security fears also permits governments to remove certain liberties from it’s citizens thereby increasing state power and control.  False flag operations, covert missions, and sanctions all serve their place in creating and manipulating enemies to feed the cycle of war. It is a crucial  piece of the puzzle to understand how this is accomplished and for what purpose.

The embedded beliefs and rationale of our leaders - ideology and subsequent policy-making - are the basis of our roadmap to the future. Learning the impetuses to force change in the world is a key to understanding the behavior of world leaders.  For example, a key document arguably considered a blueprint for U.S military global preeminence was written by the neo-conservative think-tank called PNAC (see quote). Eighteen PNAC members such as Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz, William Kristol, and Richard Perle wrote an open letter to Bill Clinton in 1998, and later to ranking members of the congress. The letter urged a war with Iraq. In 2000, PNAC published Rebuilding America’s Defenses. When the Bush administration took office in 2001, 10 of the 18 PNAC letter signers became part of the administration.

The basic  rights outlined in the Constitution and other founding documents are being eroded by governmental actions. While these actions reduce personal rights, such as privacy and trial by jury (habeas corpus), they add to governmental control and power over citizens. Many issues have been raised such as presidential signing statements, executive orders, spying on U.S. citizens, passage of anti-consitutional laws, and the cooperation of media and government at high levels. Many of these challenges to liberty come from the words of key figures: “In the interest of national security...”.

During George W. Bush’s 8 year term, the U.S. budget deficit nearly ran up more debt than all other U.S. presidents combined. If projections are correct, Barrack Obama’s first term will add another $5T to the deficit, taking only half the time Bush took to pile on additional red ink.

Deficits are loans where the significant stake holders, China and the U.S. Federal Reserve, must be paid with interest. These loans will substantially be paid through the collection of taxes since the government has no other true revenue sources.

Quotes! quotes

”The greatest threat facing America today is the disastrous fiscal policies of our own government, marked by shameless deficit spending and Federal Reserve currency devaluation. It is this one-two punch -- Congress spending more than it can tax or borrow, and the Fed printing money to make up the difference -- that threatens to impoverish us by further destroying the value of our dollars.”

Ron Paul, U.S. Congress (R-TX)

”One of the things this huge military establishment also does is sell arms to other countries, making the Pentagon a critical economic agency of the United States government. Militarily oriented products account for about a quarter of the total U.S. gross domestic product. The government employs some 6,500 people just to coordinate and administer it’s arms sales program in conjunction with senior officials at American embassies around the world, who spend most of their ‘diplomatic’ careers working as arms salesman.”

Chalmers Johnson,  author, professor emeritus Univ. of CA, President of Japan Policy Research Institute, 2000

”Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both.”

Benjamin Franklin - U.S. author, inventor, politician, statesman, and founding father  (1706-1790)

[In particular, we need to] develop and deploy global missile defenses to defend the American homeland and American allies, and to provide a secure basis for US power projection around the world. [In particular, we need to] control the new ‘international commons’ of space and ‘cyberspace’, and pave the way for the creation of a new military service - U.S. Space Forces - with the mission of space control.”

The Project for the New American Century (PNAC), Report - “Rebuilding America’s Defenses”, Sept. 2000 - document available for download on the research home page

SubTopic-Badge-IDEOLOGY

This section is primarily about well-founded suspicions of the existence of an ongoing but accelerating societal management plan; the so-called New World Order (NWO). This is essentially the concept that a group of elite globalists closely associated with international banking, the central banks, politics, and a number of secret societies and groups seek to run the world as one entity in a collectivist (or socialistic) fashion. The autocratic style of totalitarianism foreseen of the NWO would remove freedom and state sovereignty on a global basis.

Some of the groups associated with such are the Illuminati, the Tri-Lateral Commission, the Bilderbergers, and to some degree the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and Freemasons among others. Also see the amazing New World Order Quotes on this page.

"He who joyfully marches to music rank and file, has already earned my contempt. He has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would surely suffice. This disgrace to civilization should be done away with at once. Heroism at command, how violently I hate all this, how despicable and ignoble war is; I would rather be torn to shreds than be a part of so base an action. It is my conviction that killing under the cloak of war is nothing but an act of murder."

Albert Einstein, Physicist (1879-1955)

Many people want the government to protect the consumer. A much more urgent problem is to protect the consumer from the government.

Milton Friedman, American Economist (1912-2006)

Suppose that we are wise enough to learn and know - and yet not wise enough to control our learning and knowledge, so that we use it to destroy ourselves? Even if that is so, knowledge remains better than ignorance.

Isaac Asimov, Professor of Biochemistry, Author (1920-1992)

"The U.S. must carry out some act somewhere in the world which shows its determination to continue to be a world power."

Henry Kissinger, Former U.S. Secretary of State, April 1975, as quoted in The Washington Post

“My expertise, as you know, is CIA, Marine Corp, three CIA Secret Wars.  I had a position in the National Security Council in 1975 as the Chief of the Angola Task Force running the Secret War in Angola.  It was the third CIA Secret War I was part of.”

“The National Security law creating the National Security Council and the CIA, as you know, was passed in 1947.  The CIA was given its charter to perform such other duties and functions as might be necessary to national security interests and given a vague authority to protect its sources and methods.  I think it was in the mid ‘80s that I coined this phrase the ‘Third World War’ because in my research I realized that we were not attacking the Soviet Union in the CIA’s activities, we were attacking people in the Third World.  And I am going to just quickly, in the interest of time, just give you a little sense of what that means, this Third World War.”

“Basically, it’s the third, I believe in terms of loss of life and human destruction, the third bloodiest war in all of history.  They undertake to run operations in every corner of the globe.  They also undertook the license of operating just totally above and beyond U.S. laws.  They had a license, if you will, to kill, but also they took that to a license to smuggle drugs, a license to do all kinds of things to other people and other societies in violation of international law, our law, and every principle of nations working together for a healthier and more peaceful world.”

“Meanwhile, again, they battled to convert the U.S. legal system in such a way that it would give them control of our society.  Now we have massive documentation of what they call the secret wars of the CIA.  We don’t have to guess or speculate. We had the Church committee investigate them in 1975 which gave us our first really in-depth powerful look inside this structure.”

“Senator Church said in the 14 years before he did his investigation that he found that they had run 900 major operations and 3000 minor operations.  And if you extrapolate that over the whole period of the 40 odd years that we’ve had a CIA, you come up with 3000 major operations and over 10,000 minor operations.  Every one of them illegal. Every one of them disruptive of the lives and societies of other peoples and many of them bloody and gory beyond comprehension, almost.”

John Stockwell, former CIA, National Security Council

New World Order Quotes

“A financial element in the large centers has owned the government since the days of Andrew Jackson.”

Franklin Roosevelt (1882-1945), U.S. President

“Today, America would be outraged if UN troops entered Los Angeles to restore order. Tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told that there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all people of the world will plead to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by the world government.” -

Henry Kissinger (Bilderburg Conference 1991 Evians, France)

“Naturally the common people don't want war…but after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship…all you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country.”

Herman Goering (One of Hitler's top men, during the Nuremberg Trials)

“We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the New World Order.”

David Rockefeller Sr., International Banker, Founder & Honorary Chairman of Trilateral Commission, Honorary Chairman of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Two below quotes from: The New Freedom: A Call For the Emancipation of the Generous Energies of a People, 1913, Woodrow Wilson

“A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is privately concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men who, even if their action be honest and intended for the public interest, are necessarily concentrated upon the great undertakings in which their own money is involved and who necessarily, by very reason of their own limitations, chill and check and destroy genuine economic freedom. This is the greatest question of all, and to this statesmen must address themselves with an earnest determination to serve the long future and the true liberties of men.”

Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men's views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacture, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it.

Woodrow WIlson, U.S. President, (1856-1924)

"We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated Governments in the world - no longer a Government of free opinion, no longer a Government by conviction and vote of the majority, but a Government by the opinion and duress of small groups of dominant men."

Woodrow WIlson, U.S. President, (1856-1924)

The easiest way to gain control of the population is to carry out acts of terror. The public will clamor for such laws if the personal security is threatened.

Joseph Stalin (1878-1953), Soviet Union General Secretary, Communist Party

"Give me control of a Nation's money and I care not who makes the laws." -

Mayer Amschel Rothschild (1744-1812), founder of the Rothschild International Banking Dynasty

"The Trilateralist Commission is international ...(and)...is intended to be the vehicle for multinational consolidation of the commercial and banking interests by seizing CONTROL of the political government of the United States. The Trilateralist Commission represents a skillful, coordinated effort to seize COTROL and consolidate the four centers of power: Political - Monetary - Intellectual - and Ecclesiastical."

Barry Goldwater , U.S. Senator AZ. "With No Apologies"

“We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time Magazine and other publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected the promises of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world-government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the National auto-determination practiced in past centuries.”

David Rockefeller, Banker, Founder & Honorary Chairman of Trilateral Commission, Honorary Chairman of the Council on Foreign Relations. Speaking at the June, 1991 Bilderberg meeting in Baden, Germany (a meeting also attended by then-Governor Bill Clinton and by Dan Quayle)

"In the next century, nations as we know it will be obsolete; all states will recognize a single, global authority. National sovereignty wasn't such a great idea after all."

Strobe Talbot, President Clinton's Deputy Secretary of State, as quoted in Time, July 20th, l992

"The powers of financial capitalism had another far reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements, arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences. The apex of the system was the Bank for International Settlements in Basle, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the worlds' central banks which were themselves private corporations. The growth of financial capitalism made possible a centralization of world economic control and use of this power for the direct benefit of financiers and the indirect injury of all other economic groups."

Professor Carroll Quigley of Georgetown University, highly esteemed by his former student, William Clinton. From,Tragedy and Hope: A History of The World in Our Time (Macmillan Company, 1966)

Descriptive Introduction of the Silent Weapon

Everything that is expected from an ordinary weapon is expected from a silent weapon by its creators, but only in its own manner of functioning.

It shoots situations, instead of bullets; propelled by data processing, instead of chemical reaction (explosion); originating from bits of data, instead of grains of gunpowder; from a computer, instead of a gun; operated by a computer programmer, instead of a marksman; under the orders of a banking magnate, instead of a military general.

It makes no obvious explosive noises, causes no obvious physical or mental injuries, and does not obviously interfere with anyone's daily social life.

Yet it makes an unmistakable "noise," causes unmistakable physical and mental damage, and unmistakably interferes with the daily social life, i.e., unmistakable to a trained observer, one who knows what to look for.

The public cannot comprehend this weapon, and therefore cannot believe that they are being attacked and subdued by a weapon.

The public might instinctively feel that something is wrong, but that is because of the technical nature of the silent weapon, they cannot express their feeling in a rational way, or handle the problem with intelligence. Therefore, they do not know how to cry for help, and do not know how to associate with others to defend themselves against it.

When a silent weapon is applied gradually, the public adjusts/adapts to its presence and learns to tolerate its encroachment on their lives until the pressure (psychological via economic) becomes too great and they crack up.

Therefore, the silent weapon is a type of biological warfare. It attacks the vitality, options, and mobility of the individuals of a society by knowing, understanding, manipulating, and attacking their sources of natural and social energy, and their physical, mental, and emotional strengths and weaknesses.

The above text is an excerpt from a document entitled Operations Research Technical Manual TM-SW7905.1 . Dated May 1979,  it was reportedly found on July 7, 1986, in an IBM copier that had been purchased at a surplus sale, and reproduced in the book, Behold A Pale Horse, by William Cooper; Light Technology Publishing, 1991
